Who operates ClubTuned

ClubTuned is operated by LabNow, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. Legal notices, copyright and trademark requests and privacy requests should be sent to the addresses below.

Independence & trademarks

ClubTuned is an independent collector platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by MGA Entertainment. CarTuned and all related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the products collectors track. Product photography contributed by members is used to document releases in the collector catalog.

We use these names because there is no other way to tell collectors which products a release refers to. Nothing on ClubTuned should be read as a statement by, or on behalf of, any trademark owner.

• Terms of Service — account rules, member content, marketplace and membership terms.

Copyright & takedown requests

Members contribute photography and release details. If you believe content on ClubTuned infringes your copyright or misuses your trademark, email legal@clubtuned.com with:

• The page URL and a description of the specific content at issue
• Identification of the work or mark you own
• Your name, organization and contact details
• A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized

We review requests promptly and remove or restrict content where appropriate. Members can also report a photo as “Not their photo / copyright” from any photo they see.

Service providers

ClubTuned uses a small set of third-party services to operate the platform:

• Application hosting, database, authentication and file storage: Runs the site and stores account, collection and photo data.
• Product analytics: Receives and stores individual usage events, which we review as aggregate reports. No session recording, no form capture, no names or emails.
• Transactional email delivery: Account verification, password resets and notification emails.
• SMS delivery: ClubTuned Alerts messages, only where you opted in.
• Payment processing: Membership subscriptions and marketplace checkout. Card details are handled by the processor, never stored by ClubTuned.

Reporting a security issue

If you find a vulnerability, please report it privately to security@clubtuned.com before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Please do not access or modify other members' data while testing.
